There are Many Ways You Can Help.

Become a PRACTICING BUDDY: High School students with an interest in music can become practicing buddies in our Grade 2 mentorship program.

Join us as an ARTIST IN THE CLASSROOM: Local musicians can visit the classroom as a performer and presenter during one of the many ‘Meet the Instrument’ sessions that take place in the AIFEC classroom during Year 1 of the program.

Start a GRASS-ROOTS FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN: You can also help organize grass-roots fundraising programs in your community. For as little as $2000 your school can introduce a musical program with the support of An Instrument for Every Child. This includes a professional instructor that works with licensed Teachers as well as loan instruments for up to 25 students.

The Hamilton School Board is helping AIFEC pioneer this initiative for Canada and already two very successful programs have been established in Hamilton-area schools.

Add your children’s school to this very successful program through fundraising in your community. AIFEC can help provide you with the support and tools you need to develop a successful fundraising program to help bring music back into your school.
